This old vine Cabernet Sauvignon from Weinbau Vineyard in the Wahluke Slope is a masterclass in Washington structure and depth. The Cabernet delivers concentrated notes of black cherry, black currant, and cedar, shaped by the warm, sun-drenched slopes and silt loam soils of Weinbau. The Petit Verdot adds a vibrant lift—violet, blueberry, and a touch of spice—enhancing the wine’s aromatic complexity and tannic backbone. Aged in French oak, the wine finishes with remarkable length, where layers of dark chocolate take center stage—rich, lingering, and seamlessly woven into the tannin structure, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and power
